The Constitution of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly of the University of Pennsylvania



UPDATE: The GAPSA General Assembly passed new amendments to the GAPSA Constitution on March 15, 2023.

The most recent version of the Constitution (A/Const/44/R.6) is found here. It includes new attendance policies (GA/44/RES/14), rules and accountability (GA/44/RES/15), and the Speaker (GA/44/RES/16).
