G12+ Accountability Program
The G12+ Accountability Program (GAP) promotes partnership and accountability among and between GAPSA and G12+ constituent partners. GAP has four components:
Presidents’ Advisory Council (PAC) that comprises of the presidents of GAPSA and its constituent G12+ partners. GAPSA President is the chair of PAC.
The Finance Advisory Board (FAB) comprises of the treasurers of GAPSA and its constituent G12+ partners. GAPSA Vice President of Finance is the chair of FAB and the Deputy Director of Interschool Partnership Fund is an ex-officio non-voting member.
GAPSA Finance Associations Council (GFAC) comprises of the treasurers of GAPSA and its constituent student organizations, including G12+ and student groups funded by GAPSA. GAPSA Vice President of Finance is the chair of GFAC and the Director of Fund Management is an ex-officio non-voting member.
Interschool Partnership Fund (IPF) is managed by GAPSA to promote partnership between GAPSA and its constituent G12+ partners. Please contact the Deputy Director of IPF to learn more about it.
In the provisional budget of 2022-23, the Synergy Fund is merged with GAP to provide a 10% top-off for IPF as well as cover the operational costs for PAC and FAB.
Finance Advisory Board
The Finance Advisory Board (FAB) meets at least twice a semester. The schedule for 2022-23 will be posted by September 2022.
GAPSA Finance Associations Council
The GAPSA Finance Associations Council (GFAC) does not have any regularly scheduled meetings. The group interacts through the slack channel for GFAC at the GAPSA workspace. To join this channel, please contact gapsa.finance@gapsa.upenn.edu.
Interschool Partnership Fund
The Interschool Partnership Fund (IPF) is an investment program for the constituent G12+ partners. Through IPF, GAPSA matches dollar-for-dollar investment that the partnering schools can use for interschool events and programs. The fund is open on a rolling basis. This flowchart summarizes the IPF application process.
Please note that IPF requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the event, and that IPF cannot be used retroactively. For any questions, please contact the Deputy Director of IPF. The withdrawal dates for IPF for 2022-23 are:
