Chair for Operations

Graduate School of Education

Stephanie Ko is the 2019-20 Chair for Operations. She aims to facilitate continuous, smooth, and efficient functioning for all wings of GAPSA, building community and connections among GAPSA representatives, and helping to ensure that the voices of all the grad communities at Penn are considered.

In addition to her work on GAPSA’s executive board, she has been an integral part of Penn Franklins, a GAPSA-sponsored peer support organization aimed at improving the mental health of the graduate student community. She has also served as a graduate representative for Residential Services Advisory Board, and as one of UPenn’s for the 2019 Ivy+ Summit.

Outside of student government, Stephanie is finishing a masters in Professional Counseling at the Graduate School of Education.
