Tirth Manek is a current Master’s Student in Organizational Dynamics (MSOD) at the School of Arts & Sciences.

Before coming to Penn, Tirth spent half a decade working for a multimillion-dollar organization where he was a Human Resource (HR) Professional with experience in Executive Leadership Development, Organizational Learning and Talent Management.

Possessing a fierce passion for students’ growth and their capacity to make a difference in the world, Tirth has a focused vision to help professional students gain skills and experience outside the classroom to better prepare them for their future careers.
