Kanika Nadkarni

Director of On-Campus Programming

Kanika Nadkarni is a Masters candidate in Computer and Information Science. As the Director of On-Campus programming for GAPSA, she is eager to arrange events for socializing, self-care(physical and mental health), diversity promotion, networking, social service, etc. while taking into consideration all the responsibilities, situations and policies. In this role she is looking forward to build a strong graduate community at Penn. She is open to event ideas and collaboration.

Outside of GAPSA, Kanika pursues research work and internships. She holds Graduate Associate position at Kings Court College House. Through this position she enjoys the opportunity to hold events for the undergrad community at Penn. Besides computer science and community building, Kanika is passionate about digital drawing, fashion and art. She is a connoisseur of music and is an amateur singer. She loves to explore cities, travel, have afternoon naps and evening walks. She is a foodie and is forever ready for food, wine and dine. Picnics and playing, bicycling makes her happy. In the past few years she has participated in social work activities through the Rotaract Club.

Kanika is looking forward to meeting you all and making 2020-21 a fun year to remember!
