Robert Watson

Director of Wellness

School of Law

Robert Blake Watson is a second year law student at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Education Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he served as the UCLA Student Body President, and is a native of Kentucky. Within the law school, Robert serves as Social Chair for Lambda, the Law School's official LGBTQ affinity organization, and plans to serve on a law journal. Robert is a proud recipient of the National Stamps Leadership Scholarship, and received a merit-based scholarship from Penn's Graduate School of Education to receive a dual-degree Masters in Education Policy.

As Wellness Director, Robert’s goal is to revamp wellness initiatives among graduate and professional students by reacclimating students to life on campus following lockdowns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and to conduct an evaluation of student wellness services on campus. His goals center on spreading information regarding health and wellness services on campus, and to co-program meaningful wellness-oriented events that safely bring students together after months in isolation.
