Tiffani Rose Brown

Director of Events

Tiffani Rose Brown is a first year graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute of Government. She holds a B.A. in English from Georgia State University with a minor in African American Studies. Tiffani is a proud recipient of the Public Service Scholarship and the Public Leader and Service Fellowship from the Fels Institute. She is the founder and director of the Glam Gives Back Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on the empowerment of women and children. She’s a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is passionate about tech, government, and women in leadership. One of her goals for GAPSA this year is committing to serving as an agent of change to enrich the graduate communities at Penn. Tiffani combines communication, leadership, and collaboration for team and organizational effectiveness. She enjoys watching documentaries, walking in parks, spending time with family, and researching fun facts in her free time.
