Jaydee Edwards is a 3rd-year Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences. She studies microplastics throughout freshwater and urban road environments. Being on GAPSA for the past two years has been a rollercoaster, but she's glad to have been a part of it.

Tell us one sentence about what brought you to GAPSA

GAPSA was a place where I found the ways to be engaged with Penn and other graduate students, and I find the work we do meaningful.

Give a brief blurb about your position and high-level goals for the year

She is the Executive Vice President and wants to help usher in this new restructure successfully. She looks forward to supporting both the EBoard and GA with the connections they need through fostering relationships with administration and working with graduate and professional students to better communication and transparency.
